Trist & I have planned to get mum something special this year for her Birthday & mother's day. She has lotsa bags, but we feel like getting something that represent her in our heart. In our heart she is classy, she is worth more than anything else. Priceless. Hence, we decided to get her a bag from "Coach". We went down to Takashimaya after dinner. We went to some other boutiques like Gucci, Burberry, Tods, but in the end, mum still prefer the one she saw at Coach. There were a few customers at the cashier counter at that time, when we were about to pay. There was an indian lady making her payment also, when we were checking on the bag's condition. After paying, the sales guy actually took the wrong bag for us. We did not notice it until we finished having our tea at Coffee Club on the 3rd floor. Trist noticed that, inside the paper bag, there was a Cleaning agent (Coach) which we did not buy it. Then, when we opened up the clothe bag, we saw the bag wasn't the one we bought. We then rushed down to the shop, but the transparent gate was closed up. The sales people were still inside, we knocked on the transparent glass gate, but they could not hear us. I then decided to call them. Thank God, there was still people answering the phone, and we went into the shop to change the item. They had to0 called the indian customer to exchange back the item. Thank God Trist noticed it earlier.
